REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY


We accept refunds or exchanges.

Return: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the date of your order.  To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused. Item must not have been worn or washed. 
  • Must not show signs of deodorant, makeup, or any other stains
  • In the same condition that you received it with the original tags still attached

If item does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on the condition of these terms.

Customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Three Keys is not responsible for items lost during shipping. I recommend shipping with package tracking. 

Once we receive the item, and it has been approved, a full refund, less any shipping expense, will be issued to the original payment source. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to be processed.

Exchange: If you love what you received but just didn't quite fit like you expected, we will exchange your item for another size or color of that same item if still available. Item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused. Item must not have been worn or washed.
  • Must not show signs of deodorant, makeup, or any other stains
  • In the same condition that you received it with the original tags still attached.

The packing slip must be included with the correct size or color you would like to exchange. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the exchange within 24 hours. If this item is no longer available, you will be contacted and refunded for the item. Allow 7-10 business days for a refund to be processed. 

If item does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange based on the condition of these terms.

Damaged: If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged and must have the original tag. After 5 days, Three Keys Collection can no longer be held responsible.

You must contact us before returning a damaged item. Please email me at info@threekeyscollection.com to authorize a return. A picture of damaged item must be included in the email.  Once confirmed for return, I will send a return label by email at my expense.

If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

*Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Please note that pattern/pattern placement may also vary slightly.* 

All Clearance items are final sale. Clearance items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
